Class info

  • Just bring your Soma! Mats and small props are provided. The space includes bathrooms, drinking water, and areas to change and store your belongings.

    In the warmer months, we recommend bringing a small towel. For Soma SOFT classes, which involve deep nervous system regulation, it’s common for body temperature to drop—so you might want to bring an extra layer that’s comfortable to move in.


  • Yes! We welcome every Soma—every body, every experience level. Classes offer layered exercises to suit all abilities, with each movement offered as an invitation, not an expectation.

    Led by Jodi, an experienced and intuitive movement facilitator, the classes are accessible to all bodies. Options and modifications are always available, with plenty of space for rest and self-guided pacing, so you can meet yourself exactly where you are.
