Move to connect, not to perfect

Ethos

Soma, in its Ancient Greek origin, means “the living body.”

In today’s world where stress and disconnection are all too common, Soma Practice offers a grounding space to express, sense, and reconnect with our living, feeling bodies.

At Soma Practice, movement isn’t about performance or perfection; it’s about befriending our Soma as it is—through movement inquiry, play, and curiosity.

Guided by inner listening and the organic rhythms of the nervous system, Soma Practice weaves together somatic movement and embodied expression to support presence, connection and stress relief—helping you rediscover harmony within your Soma.

Sharing the healing power of somatic and embodied movement has become a lifelong passion. Through Soma Practice, Jodi holds a space that feels supportive and grounding—where you’re invited to move in your own way, at your own pace, and feel fully cared for.

Her hope is to guide others in reconnecting with their bodies, and to experience the gentle, transformative power of movement for release, expression and regulation.
