Soma At Work
Combining nervous system education with somatic and functional movement, Soma Practice workplace sessions equip teams with practical, body-based tools to manage stress, sustain focus, reduce tension, and maintain clarity.
Facilitated by Jodi, a qualified Somatic Therapist and Pilates Instructor, sessions are trauma-aware, evidence-informed, and tailored to professional environments — helping employees attune to early signs of fatigue and build embodied strategies for regulation and recovery.
Drawing on her experience hosting workshops with La Trobe University and health organisations such as Access Health Community and Holstep Health, Jodi offers a grounded, accessible, and practical approach to workplace wellbeing.
