Soma Home digital meditations and movement practices are educational offerings designed to support nervous system awareness and wellbeing. They are not therapy, medical care, or psychological treatment.

Somatic practices may bring awareness to physical sensations or emotions. You agree to participate at your own pace and seek appropriate support if needed.
